Return & Shipping Policy

Customized, personalized and special order items are non-cancelable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your orders carefully and be sure all spelling, color, sizing and required info is correct. Sleepaway Camp Store is not responsible for customer mistakes. Please contact us at support@sleepawaycampstore.com and we’ll do our best to replace the item at a reasonable price.
If a mistake happens on our end we will gladly replace the item or work to provide a resolution that meets your needs.
Items sometimes look different online than they do in person. If you have questions about a certain item such as color, fit or material please contact us at support@sleepawaycampstore.com or call us at (347) 871-6789 and we will be happy to provide you with additional info.
Please keep in mind most orders take approximately 2-5 weeks to process and ship (during camp and holiday season orders can sometimes take even longer). Please place your orders early! Our standard shipping time is usually 2-5 business days once your package ships. We will send tracking information when your order ships.
If you need to have an item by a certain date, please contact us at orders@sleepawaycampstore.com to inquire about rush fees and expedited shipping fees.
RETURNS
Returns on non-customized items must be received in their original packaging and must be unused, unworn and in re-sellable condition with all tags attached (where applicable). Please contact us at support@sleepawaycampstore.com within 7 days of receipt of the item to initiate a return. These items may be returned for a store credit or exchanged for an item of equal value. No credits or refunds for shipping charges will be issued.
Shipping charges on replacement items will be charged according to our standard shipping rates. Return shipping on these items are at the customers expense.
SHIPPING
WE CURRENTLY SHIP MERCHANDISE WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA ONLY. SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED AT A RATE OF 7.375% ON ALL ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN NEW YORK STATE.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Please contact us if you would like your items shipped as they are received.
If packages are lost or damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to file claims with the carrier.
All orders will ship via various ground delivery methods unless otherwise noted. These include USPS, UPS and Fedex Ground. Sleepaway Camp Store reserves the right to choose the carrier.
